Invitations from Serendipity are not your ordinary mail! Each item we create will go beyond anything you have seen before. With strict attention to detail, we make sure that each creation is a pleasure to open, as well as an unforgettable keepsake for your recipient. Our unique creations include, but are certainly not limited, to:

Design
We ask that you first fill out the information form - this will help us better personalize your event. We will then set up a complimentary consultation to work one on one with you and begin the process of your custom design. Our biggest priority is that your order is unique to you and exactly what you envisioned it to be.

Payment
A $30 deposit is required on all custom orders. After the final sample is approved, 50% of payment (minus the $30 deposit) with signed contract is due before we start the production of your order. Remaining balance is due within 3 days of project completion, before the final work files are given to client. For orders requiring delivery, full payment is due prior to shipping and a delivery cost will be added to the final invoice. **There is a $50 minimum for all custom orders. Please note that the deposit fee is non-refundable in the event that you decide not to place your order with us.**

Samples
Because of the custom-nature of our work, a limited number of samples are available. Sample sets start at $12 plus the cost of shipping. Please contact us for more information.

Proof
Once you have selected your design and wording we will create your email proof. After you have evaluated your proof and made any necessary revisions, a hard copy proof will be mailed for approval.

Production
Once you have approved your final design, it will take approximately three weeks to assemble your order. However, we highly recommend ordering at least six to eight weeks prior to the mailing date to allow ample time for the design, production and assembly of your order.

Services

Refunds
Absolutely no refunds on personalized printed or handwritten products. In the event of cancellation, all costs incurred to date are billable. A $45 per hour design fee will apply. Serendipity will not be held responsible for damaged or lost stationery in shipping and mailing.

I love bold colors, unique textures and all things beautiful. I paint, crochet, design logos and create gorgeous wedding invitations. I have an insane obsession with paper, yarn and fabric. I have a spinning wheel and a sewing machine that rarely gets used, but hopefully that will change soon! Since taking on various jobs within the past few years I decided that I couldn’t limit my creative talents to just one design field, so in 2006 I created Serendipity - Beyond Design. A business to encompass all of the numerous things that I love to create! The past two years have been a tremendous learning experience and have reminded me that:

• Every day must be filled with silliness and laughter
• Taking criticism seriously is a dangerous habit
• It is not possible to eat too many Oreos
• Nothing is more rewarding than working for yourself
